Miriam Binder-Lang is a seasoned executive in the aerospace manufacturing industry having successfully held the positions of Vice President Corporate Governance, and Vice President in Human Resources at Airbus Group (EADS) headquarters where she worked for two decades. Her passion for development led her to coach individuals who want to change the paradigms of their life based on their deeply rooted values and personal aspirations.

Miriam Binder-Lang held the positions of Vice President Corporate Governance and Vice President in Human Resources at EADS (Airbus Headquarters); leading leadership roles spanning two decades.

Miriam Binder-Lang’s two decade corporate role called for enterprise-wide decisions spearheading key programs for better ways to improve corporate governance as well as human resources. These decisions provided solutions in challenging situations, both in an upturn or downturn in the economy. She worked closely with her peers and leaders at all levels of the organisation through to the Executive Board.

My Thoughts

I have worked in demanding jobs and had to play many different roles in a hectic life, as a woman who had a job in the corporate world and also strong engagement with my family and communities.

Juggling between the multiple roles and the requirements of those can be consuming and very often there is not much room for our needs and yearnings.

Typically, my clients are in the “rush-hour of their lives” in leadership roles aspiring to make a positive impact on their environment.
