Miriam Binder-Lang’s two decade corporate role called for enterprise-wide decisions spearheading key programs for better ways to improve corporate governance as well as human resources. These decisions provided solutions in challenging situations, both in an upturn or downturn in the economy. She worked closely with her peers and leaders at all levels of the organisation through to the Executive Board.
