Nehad Tadros began her career as Regional HR & Training Manager. She followed a steady rise to the top with Aramex PJSC, the first Arab-based company to be listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Her career rise culminating in her role as Global Coaching and Leadership Development Director. “Aramex International is where my coaching journey began and where I created a coaching culture and enabled them to win the Middle East Coach Award (Prism). I have also worked with high profile companies as Trustee (Bahrain), Nestle (France), and Novartis (Tunisia and Morroco)”

Nehad understands change, rapid growth and has had first hand experience on all levels of intellect and hierarchy. “I started my coaching Journey 10 years ago, I was always curious to know how we can understand people behaviour and how can I support leaders and people, in general, be more satisfied in their work, career or life and how they can make the right choices.”

Nehad Tadros is a Master Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as the president of the International Coach Federation, (United Arab Emirates) chapter 2018 & 2019. “I worked with government organizations such as The Dubai Executive Council, Mohamed Ben Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, Tawteen, Ajman University and the UAE Central Bank.”

Nehad: “As a professional passionate client who supports them by challenging their thinking and they’re doing to bring them the best value for their money.”

ETIMY: “What makes you good at what you do?”

Nehad: “I Love what I do and I constantly seek to learn and grow my knowledge, there is no limit for learning, I have a mentor, a coach and I will start coaching supervision by Jan 2020 to partner with like-minded coaches to learn from each other.”

ETIMY: “What’s really fun to do in your job as a Career Coach?”

Nehad: “Asking powerful questions to create awareness. Challenging the client. When the client says this is a hard question or a good questions or I never thought of this before.”

Experience

“The tools I use and following international standards, being fully present and mindful for what the client wants and needs, checking in constantly to ensure objectives are met and being open to tailor and customize what is needed when needed.”

“I use the assessment tools to help define coaching goals and strength areas for leaders and what could stall their career and progression. I do a discovery session with my clients to ensure they know what is coaching, how it works and how the coach/coachee relationship will look like.”

Nehad Tadros has achieved a number of Coaching certification that provide a highly accredited Coaching profile for individuals, teams and groups. She is also recognised as a highly qualified and experienced mentor.

“I also ask for feedback about my coaching to help me modify what is needed to support my coaching client. Sometimes I would document coaching action and share with the client if I especially feel the need at the beginning of coaching sessions to help them stay focused.”
